  • High-efficiency irrigation technology
  • Water-use efficiency surveys
  • Repairs of irrigation leaks

Irrigation Retrofit Program

Weather based irrigation controllers (WBIC) use the weather to set your irrigation schedule instead of a traditional sprinkler controller. High efficiency nozzles use a lower water flow per minute than conventional spray nozzles, reducing water usage. To help customers increase water efficiency outdoors, the District will replace old irrigation controllers with a new WBIC, install high efficiency nozzles, and complete minor irrigation repairs through the new irrigation retrofit program at no cost to the customer.
